PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulative fusion-welding film which can manufacture a laminate for a pouch container, for example, by adhering an other layer of a barrier layer, etc. without using an adhesive in addition of having heat insulation. SOLUTION: The insulative fusion-welding film 10 is formed of a co-extruded film having an adhesive resin layer 11 and a heat fusion-welding foam layer 12 including a heat fusion-welding resin. The heat fusion-welding foam layer 12 is a layer having an expansion ratio of 1.2-2.9 times. Alternatively, the insulative fusion-welding film is formed of a co-extruded film having an adhesive resin layer, a heat fusion-welding resin layer including a heat fusion-welding resin, and a foam layer provided between an adhesive resin layer and a heat fusion-welding resin layer.
