PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthotic accessory 2 effectively treating osteoarthrosis of interphalangeal joints. SOLUTION: This orthotic accessory 2 is mounted on a finger whose distal phalanx has radioulnar deviation to one side at a distal interphalangeal joint. The orthotic accessory 2 has a first base plate 4, a second base plate 6, a first support plate 8, a second support plate 10, and a third support plate 12. The first base plate 4 and the second base plate 6 are composed to make the distal phalanx bend toward the middle phalanx. The first support plate 8, the second support plate 10 and the third support blade 12 are composed to press the side of this finger by a plastic deformation. From the horizontal view, the first base plate 4 keeps the longitudinal direction inclined to the other side with respect to the longitudinal direction of the second base plate 6.
