PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball conveying device which can minimize the height dimension. SOLUTION: The ball conveying device 500 is provided on a game machine island component body 200 and conveys Pachinko balls almost alongside the playing body 300. A pair of replenishing gutters 510 so inclined at an angle of inclination as to make the Pachinko balls movable by a dead load is disposed at such a height position that the upstream side end part of one replenishing gutter 510 is higher than the downstream side end part of the other replenishing gutter 510. A ball conveying unit 520 is provided to move and convey the Pachinko balls carried in from the downstream side end part of the latter replenishing gutter 510 upward to the upstream side end part of the former replenishing gutter 510.
