PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an exchange of water in an air disinfecting apparatus which uses and circulates electrolytic water. SOLUTION: The air disinfecting apparatus has an electrolytic water circulation section 2 that supplies electrolytic water generated at an electrolyzer 46 to the top side of a gas-liquid contact member 53, receives and stores electrolytic water flowing from the gas-liquid contact member 53 in a water reservoir 42, pumps the stored electrolytic water by means of a circulation pump 44, and supplies the electrolytic water again to the gas-liquid contact member 53. The apparatus further has a drain pipe 55 branched from the electrolytic water circulation section 2 for draining electrolytic water, a discharge valve 56 for opening or closing the drain pipe 55, and a drained water reservoir 57 for receiving and storing electrolytic water drained from the drain pipe 55 when the discharge valve 56 is opened.
