PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support tool for an umbrella which can be always carried and allows a user to freely use both hands since this invention can adapt to umbrellas of different kinds, can adjust to the size of the user's body, can be easily detached and attached, is lightweight, and can be compactly folded up. SOLUTION: A part 6 in which a hook-and-loop fastener is mounted on a cleat such as a sponge, rubber or the like is mounted on the umbrella, and a clip 8 is mounted on a collar. A collar attachment front central belt-like body 2 of a body in which the hook-and-loop fastener 3 mounted on the body is made long such that it can be turned over at a waist belt is fixed to the body by the waist belt 4.
