A compound of Formula (I): wherein R³ is an aromatic functionality selected from the group consisting of Formula II and Formula III: and wherein R¹, R², R⁵, R⁶, R⁷, R⁹, and R¹⁰ are independently selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic functionality having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, an aromatic functionality having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, a cycloaliphatic functionality having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, a hydroxy group, a halogen group, and a cyano group; R⁴ is an aliphatic functionality having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; R⁸ is an aliphatic functionality having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; "n" has a value of 0 to 4; "m" has a value of 0 to 2; "p" has a value of 0 to 2; "u" has a value of 0 to 2; "q" has a value of 0 to 3; "t" has a value of 0 to 4; and "r" has a value of 0 to 5.
