<p>The claimed invention provides thienopyrimidin-4-one and thienopyridazin-7-one MCH Rl antagonists, processes for their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use in therapy. The compounds of Formula (I) may be used for treatment of obesity, psychiatric disorders, cognitive disorders, memory disorders, schizophrenia, epilepsy, and related conditions, type II diabetes, Metabolic syndrome and neurological disorders such as dementia, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's chorea and Alzheimer's disease and pain related disorders.</p> |
