A barred window is provided to use as an emergency ladder or a pathway by rotating the barred window around a lower surface. A barred window(100) comprises a center fixing shaft(200), an upper part fixing shaft(201), a rotary guide groove(101), a plurality of separation guiding grooves(102), and a separation guiding groove plug(300). The center fixing shaft and the upper part fixing shaft are formed at two side surfaces of the barred window with an even number. One rotary guide groove and a plurality of guide grooves inserted to the center fixing shaft and the upper part fixing shaft, are formed at two side surfaces of the barred window. The separation guiding groove plug prevents separation of the separation guiding groove from the upper part fixing shaft.
