摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system and an activation treatment method of a fuel cell capable of performing judgment on necessity of an activation treatment and terminal point setting at the time of the activation treatment in advance from a single parameter. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system is provided with a fuel cell 11 equipped with a fuel electrode and an oxidant electrode arranged at either side of a solid polymer electrolyte film, a resistance detector 13 detecting an internal resistance of the fuel cell, a load connection part 15 equipped with a mechanism for connecting a resistive element between both electrodes of the fuel electrode and the oxidant electrode, and a control unit 14 for controlling the load connection part.
