<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable effective use of a memory. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna 21, when in a state capable of communication with a reader/writer, receives a piece of service information for receiving new service transmitted from the reader/writer. An erasure section 32, when an area to store the received piece of service information does not exist in a nonvolatile memory 27, erases a piece of service information which can be erased in pieces of service information stored in the nonvolatile memory 27. A storage control section 31 is enabled for effective use of the nonvolatile memory 27 by making the nonvolatile memory 27 store the received piece of service information.
