CHARGE CALCULATION METHOD, CONTROL METHOD FOR INFORMATION PROCESSOR, INFORMATION PROCESSOR AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a special charge that allows a customer to use supply exceeding a quantity supplied determined by a contract within a period corresponding to a particular weather condition.

SOLUTION: A control method is provided for an information processor storing the quantity supplied of usable supply, unit price of charge and the maximum value of the quantity supplied of the supply in a fixed period while relating them to each customer ID and storing weather data of the fixed period. The control method is characterized in that the information processor: receives a customer ID; receives difference between a first quantity supplied and a second quantity supplied so that the quantity supplied of the supply usable by the customer can be increased from the first quantity supplied to the second quantity supplied; calculates an increased amount for the case on the basis of the difference and the unit price of charge; calculates the probability that the maximum value used by the customer in a period corresponding to the particular weather condition exceeds the first quantity supplied and does not exceed the second quantity supplied on the basis of the weather data in the fixed period and the maximum value of the fixed period of the supply used by the customer; and calculates and displays a special charge for allowing the customer to use the supply up to the second quantity supplied only in the period corresponding to the particular weather condition on the basis of the increased amount and the probability.
