<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which guarantees that information represented on physical paper is stored in a system and can perform editing such as erasure, deformation and shift for computerized handwritten information, and perform electronic utilization such as copying of the computerized handwritten information to another document in a document management system for electronically managing a paper document and writing. <P>SOLUTION: The document management system which can manage/browse electronic document information, paper information with the electronic document information printed thereon and further user's written information comprises: an electronic canvas generating part for generating an electronic canvas for embedding electronic document contents and handwritten information in a specific area and storing the electronic document contents and the handwritten information; a handwritten information editing part for adding the handwritten information to the electronic canvas, editing the handwritten information of the electronic canvas, copying the handwritten information to the electronic canvas, or the like; and an electronic canvas printing part for printing the electronic canvas on paper and generating paper information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
