<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish a vehicle capable of freely and smoothly performing right and left turning by eliminating inconvenience that although the vehicle traveling by rear wheel driving in a conventional three-wheel vehicle inevitably drives/travels by any one wheel of right and left wheels since traveling by double-wheel driving is impossible, in the case of turning to a drive wheel side, the wheel is stopped, driving/traveling becomes impossible and propulsion force is lost, and to provide the vehicle welcome to all persons who cannot ride on a two-wheel vehicle and having a developed road of utilization as a human power transportation vehicle of a light baggage. <P>SOLUTION: A clutch for connecting/disconnecting a wheel rotatably provided on both ends of one drive shaft to the drive shaft respectively is provided. A cam or the like is provided on a direction steering and is interlocked with the clutch to accomplish the above vehicle such that at turning to the right, the clutch of the right rear wheel is disconnected and propulsion is performed by the left rear wheel.
