<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin intake manifold suitable for securing surface rigidity even in reduction of height dimension and elimination of ribs at a local area of a grid shape rib provided for securing surface rigidity. <P>SOLUTION: In the resin intake manifold 1 provided with an intake air collecting part 3 constructed to secure a predetermined volume in continuation to an intake air introduction port 2 connected to a downstream of an intake throttle valve, and a plurality of intake ports 4 branched to each cylinder from an intake air collecting part 3 and communicated with an intake port of each cylinder formed as one body, and having a plurality of ribs 7 arranged on a surface of a wall surface member constructing the intake air collecting part, a wide projection 9 having a shorter height dimension than the rib 7 is arranged in an area where the height dimension of the rib 7 is reduced and/or an area where arrangement of the ribs 7 is reduced or eliminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
