PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which it is difficult to control the operation of a refrigerating device to accurately grasp the condition of the refrigerating device and to efficiently output a necessary refrigerating capacity by a conventional control method (zone control and the like) controlling the operations of compressors by comparing a measured value or a calculated value obtained from the measured value and a threshold, with respect to a method of deciding operational frequencies of the compressors and the number of operated compressors in the refrigerating device comprising the invertor compressor and the constant-velocity compressor. SOLUTION: The operational frequencies of the compressors and the number of operated compressors are calculated to output the refrigerating capacity necessary for the refrigerating device on the basis of low pressure, a rate of change of the low pressure, deviation of the low pressure from a target low pressure, the present operational frequencies of the compressors, and the number of operated compressors. The condition of the refrigerating device can be grasped in detail by considering the rate of change of the low pressure.
