PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gommage cosmetic for removing keratotic plug, which can also remove lipid in a portion where keratotic plug is present. SOLUTION: (1) 5-20 mass% polyvinyl acetate emulsion in terms of a solid content, and (2) 20-40 mass% hydrocarbon which is liquid at 1 atm and 25°C are incorporated in a cosmetic in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion. Preferably, the cosmetic further contains 1-5 mass% dipropylene glycol and/or 1-5 mass% diester of a dibasic acid. The cosmetic is applied in an adequate amount to the skin by repetitive massage to carry out gommage thereby removing keratotic plug. An effect as a massage cosmetic is also provided.
