PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin patch sheet which has high transparency and a high gloss value, and performance such as an excellent texture, stretch flexibility, prevention of the strike-through of paste, and adhesive properties as well. SOLUTION: The skin patch sheet includes a support having a polyester film and a fabric having a basis weight of not more than 50 g/m<SP>2</SP>and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer laminated on the side of the fabric of the above support.
