PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective technology for surely preventing accumulation of a deposit, in a flow passage arranging member arranged in a flow passage for flowing gas of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This intake device 100 is constituted by applying a coating film of a lipophilic component to a surface of a base material of an oil-repellent resin, further applying groove forming processing such as exposing the base material of the oil repellent resin by laser beam machining, or applying a coating film of an oil-repellent component to a surface of a base material of a lipophilic resin, and further applying groove forming processing such as exposing the base material of the lipophilic resin by laser beam machining, in at least one of an outer peripheral end surface 104a of a throttle valve 104 and an opposed surface 102a opposed to the throttle valve 104 among respective parts of a bore part 102.
