PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching/detaching structure for a vehicle antenna capable of easily attaching and detaching an antenna ASSY to and from an instrument panel without increasing a number of parts and without using a tool such as a driver. SOLUTION: To provide an attaching/detaching structure for a vehicle antenna capable of easily attaching and detaching an antenna ASSY to and from an instrument panel without increasing a number of parts and without a tool such as a driver. A structure (an instrument panel side attaching portion composed of a stopper, a side 22, a holding portion, and slip-off preventive portion 24) for attaching the antennal ASSY 30 to the instrument panel is integrally provided with the instrument panel. The slip-off preventive portion 24 and a folding portion 34 are hooked to attach the antenna ASSY 30. On the other hand, hooking between the slip-off preventive portion 24 and the folding portion 34 is released, thereby detaching the antenna ASSY 30 from the instrument panel.
