PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster hardly hindering function, even if a housing for holding wheels interferes with an external object and is deformed, in regard to a caster having the wheel slidable in the rotating direction in relation to a turning shaft and turnable around the turning shaft. SOLUTION: This caster is made to have a structure hardly hindering rolling of a rolling wheel, even if slight deformation exists in an axle insertion hole of the housing, by forming a rolling surface on an inside face of the housing and separating the rolling surface from the axle insertion hole.
