PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording apparatus or the like capable of recording a required image on a recording medium without being anxious about the kind of the recording medium. SOLUTION: Before printing, it is judged whether or not there exists an overlapped part between an image related to form data included in the image data received from a PC shown in Figure 6(b) and an image having been already printed on a recording paper P before recording shown in Figure 6(c). When it is judged that there exists the overlapped part, the overlapped part is deleted from the form data constituting the image of Figure 6(b), and the image from which the overlapped part is deleted and shown in Figure 6(e) is printed on the recording paper P.
