PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a working condition searching device capable of searching the best working condition relative to working conditions with complicated combinations by the minimum number of experiments. SOLUTION: An experimental working condition generating section 5 generates an experimental working condition relative to a working machine 1. The working machine 1 performs working by the experimental working condition, and the actual working result is held by an actual working result holding section 4. A working characteristic model section 3 generates a working characteristic model, which is the most appropriate working condition when a prescribed working condition is input, based on the actual working result held in the actual working result holding section 4.
