PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anaerobic treatment tank in which an organic waste liquid is scattered widely over the liquid surface of the organic waste in a tank main body. SOLUTION: The organic waste liquid W in a draft tube 13 is splashed from the liquid surface L of the organic waste liquid in the tank main body 2 with the normal rotation A of the screw 15 by a rotary main shaft 16. A scattering mechanism 21 attached to the rotary main shaft 16 is turned upward by the centrifugal force and the organic waste liquid splashed from the liquid level L is scraped and scattered by a scraping away part 23 of the scattering mechanism 21. The degree of the splashing of the organic waste liquid W by the screw 15 and the turning angle of the scraping away part 23 of the scattering mechanism 21 are controlled by the control of the rotation speed of the rotary main shaft 16. The degree of the scattering of the organic waste liquid W is controlled with the control of the scraping away position of the organic waste liquid by the scraping away part 23.
