PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of retaining a player's expectation to a game and preventing the lowering of the working rate by constituting it hard for the player to perceive whether or not winning a fall lottery of a special symbol. SOLUTION: When shifting to a special symbol shortened variation (a time-shortened game state), this game machine shifts to a regular symbol high probability game state and, after shifting to the regular symbol high probability game state, executes the fall lottery shifting from the regular symbol high probability game state to a regular state for every regular symbol high probability state fall probability, a time-shortened game state fall probability and an accessory opening elongation state fall probability. When producing a big win at a high probability, this game machine distributes the upper limit value of the number of times of shortened variation (the number of times of time-shortened game) of the special symbol into "30 times", "60 times" and "90 times" and, when producing a big win at a regular probability, this game machine sets the upper limit value of the number of times of shortened variation (the number of times of time-shortened game) of the special symbol to the limitless more than the upper limit value of the distributed number of times of variation.
