<p>A system and a method for providing information relating to a person - such as for identifying the person. A 3 D model of the person 's body part is obtained, and unreliable parts thereof are identified. A fit is made between reliable parts of the 3 D model and a parametrizable model, and one or more parameters is/ are provided from the fit, which parameters describe the person.</p>
