An air ventilation apparatus is provided to reduce inflow of outside air via an exhaust outlet port and maintain comfortable indoor climates regardless of installation of the exhaust outlet port or outside climates by mounting flow guides on the front, lower, left and right sides of a connecting duct. An air ventilation apparatus comprises a case, a ventilation cap(30), and a heat exchanger. The case is provided with an exhaust outlet port at its one side for discharge of indoor air. The ventilation cap comprises a connecting duct(32) connected to the exhaust outlet port having a flow guide mounted on the front, lower, left and right sides respectively to minimize inflow of outside air or change of air flow due to frontal wind, cross wind, and ascending wind, a hollow cap body(31) connected to an end portion of the connecting duct, and a plurality of louvers(33) arranged on one side of the cap body and inclining downward to prevent falling rainwater from entering the cap body. The heat exchanger is accommodated within the case to perform heat exchange between inside air and outside air.
