摘要 An operation button ejection and arrangement mechanism is provided to improve work efficiency for ejection and arrangement of operation buttons by minimizing a standby time through alternate supply of a loading jig from a dualized spot and varying of a reciprocating driving position of an ejection loader. An operation button ejection and arrangement mechanism comprises a guide rail(11), a moving guide(12), an ejection loader(13), an ejection block(14), a holder(15), a suction pad(16), a loading jig control device(20), and an arranging tray control device(30). The guide rail is installed on an upper region of a loading jig supply conveyor(B1) and an arranging tray supply conveyor(B2) driven by a driving motor(M1). The moving guide is installed on the guide rail and moves forward and backward by operation of a servo-motor and a driving screw. The ejection loader is installed on the moving guide and moves right and left by the servo-motor and the driving screw. The ejection block is installed on the ejection loader and ascends and descends by the servo-motor and the driving screw. The suction pad operates by an air-solenoid by being installed on the holder fixed and installed on the ejection block. The loading jig control device is installed on a region of the loading jig supply conveyor and includes sensors for sensing entrance of a loading jig(T1) and generating sensor signals at a side of right and left control units. The arranging tray control device is installed on a region of the arranging tray supply conveyor and includes a sensor for sensing entrance of an arranging tray(T2) and generating sensor signals at a side of a right stopper.
