<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective sheet for preventing external injuries which is used for surface protection of various articles, for preventing the coating part of the panel of the body from receiving external injuries in the vehicle assembling process in particular and which has properties such that it is easily stuck and has good adhesion, that it can easily be removed, that it has good curved surface followability, water resistance, strengths and a cushion nature not affecting the coating surface, that it can be recycled, that its manufacturing cost is low and that it can be applied to a wide range of objects. <P>SOLUTION: The protective sheet for preventing external injuries is one having the foam rubber layer (B) provided on the other face of the substrate (A) whose one face has a self-attaching nature.
