<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that all conditions are not satisfied that a fence appears as good as possible, is easily assembled/disassembled even by an inexpert, corresponds to any size of veranda, and is absolutely kept safe without damaging the veranda, considering that there are many recent fall-down accidents on an infant or a child and various measures are taken, while many appearance affairs and circumstances of unfavorably damaging a veranda exist and fences or fenced enclosures different in type and length are temporarily installed resulting in no need when the child grows up. <P>SOLUTION: A short-size and bank-rising fence is manufactured which can be firmly held and fixed into a fence or an enclosure of the veranda in good appearance. The plurality of fences are combined corresponding to any type of veranda. They are assembled simply with screws.
