<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display system which displays an image according to the shape of a display processed to an arbitrary shape. <P>SOLUTION: The display system is constituted of a display 11 having a number of pixels and a data writing device 12 writing a display data to the display. The display 11 has a screen shape detecting section for detecting the screen shape in each pixel. The data writing device 12 includes a screen shape detecting means for detecting the screen shape of the display based on the signal from the screen shape detecting section, an editing means for processing the display data based on the screen shape detected by the screen shape detecting means, and a writing means for writing the display data processed by the editing means on the display. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
