<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase uniformity of a screen by suppressing variance during mobility correction period of drive transistors. <P>SOLUTION: A correction to mobility of the drive transistor Trd is added to a signal potential held in a pixel capacitor Cs during the correction period (t) from first timing wherein a control signal DS is applied to a scanning line DS and a switching transistor Tr4 turns on to second timing wherein the control signal WS is released and a sampling transistor Tr1 turns off after the sampling transistor Tr1 is made to turn on by applying a control signal WS to a scanning line WS to start sampling of a signal potential. The transistors Tr1 and Tr4 controlling the correction period (t) have channel lengths of ≥10 μm and variance in threshold voltage between the transistors Tr1 and Tr4 is made small to suppress variation during correction period (t). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
