<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller for improving disturbance restraint and controlling vibration of a load machine by simple adjustment. <P>SOLUTION: The motor controller includes a position detecting means for detecting a position of a motor, and a position control means for outputting a torque command signal for controlling the motor so that a deviation between an input position reference signal with respect to a position of the load machine or the motor driving the load machine and a position signal of the motor becomes small. The controller includes an acceleration detecting means for detecting acceleration of the load machine and a vibration control means for correcting the torque command signal by using the position signal of the motor and an acceleration signal output from the acceleration detecting means and outputting a correction signal for controlling vibration of the load machine or the motor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
