<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor that allows a rotor to always rotate in the same direction without depending on a polarity of a DC voltage inputted from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: In one embodiment of the brushless motor 1, the motor is provided with a motor body 10, which has a stator S1 including a coil 12, the rotor composed of magnets, and a magnetic-pole detection element 40 for detecting a magnetic-pole position of the rotor, a pair of input terminals 2, 3 for receiving the DC voltage from the outside, a bridge circuit 20 connected to a pair of the input terminals 2, 3 on the input side, a driving circuit 30 that generates a driving voltage, to be supplied to the coil 12, from an output voltage of the bridge circuit 20 corresponding to an output voltage fed from the magnetic-pole detection element 40.
