<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a tablet container whose packaging material formed by heat sealing and enveloping the neighborhood of the outer periphery of the tablet is easily opened after formed and to realize the easy production method of the packaging material using the container. <P>SOLUTION: In packaging a tablet with a sheet material in a packaging and forming process for forming a tablet container packaged using the sheet material, a packaging material is formed by enveloping and heat-sealing the neighborhood of the outer periphery of the tablet and the packaging material formed for the container is heat sealed. The manufacturing method comprises a tablet delivery process, a sheet material delivery process, a packaging and forming process and a packaging material discharging process. A tablet is delivered in the tablet delivery process and a sheet material is delivered in the sheet material delivery process. In packaging the tablet with the container made of the sheet material in the packaging and forming process, the packaging material is formed by enveloping and heat sealing the neighborhood of the outer periphery of the tablet.
