CASING-IN SYSTEM AND CASING-IN METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing-in system and a casing-in method in which there is not the positional deviation of cover sheet images and the print delay of the cover sheet images is reduced by effectively measuring the laminating thickness of the recording papers to be bound and quickly determining the image positions of the cover sheets.

SOLUTION: In the casing-in system and method in which a large number of small-size recording papers 2 of is laminated and case-bound by the large size cover sheets to make the same a front cover sheet and a back cover sheet, the thickness of the recording papers 2 is measured and the positions of the cover sheets are set according to the thickness of the recording papers when printing the cover sheet image to at least one of the front cover sheet and the back cover sheet.
