<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing apparatus with which sealing property is improved and the cost can be reduced by restraining the use amount of a sealing fluid. <P>SOLUTION: Atmospheric gases Gh, Gn composed of hydrogen gas and nitrogen gas flown out from the inner part of heating zone 2 and the inner part of rapid-cooling zone 3, are sucked up from slits 25a,25b and mixed, and after adjusting the components by supplementing the hydrogen gas and the nitrogen gas so that this mixed gas (g) becomes the same components as the atmospheric gases Gh, Gn and these atmospheric gases Gh, Gn are returned back into the heating zone 2 and the rapid-cooling zone 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
