<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of separating zinc by adsorption using an ion-exchange method from a zinc-containing aqueous nickel chloride solution by which the amount of zinc adsorbed onto an anion-exchange resin can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: The method of separating zinc by adsorption using an ion-exchange method from a zinc-containing aqueous nickel chloride solution comprises the following steps: a first step in which an anion-exchange resin substituted into an HCl type is brought into contact with an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution to neutralize hydrochloric acid adsorbed onto a functional group in the anion-exchange resin; and a second step in which the anion-exchange resin obtained in the first step is brought into contact with an acidic aqueous solution of nickel chloride containing zinc to adsorb the zinc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
