<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump capable of preventing liquid from flowing into a pump chamber from a delivery passage extending upward from the pump chamber. <P>SOLUTION: A hydrogen circulation pump 17 is provided with a liquid receiving part 50 extending over a whole body in a circumference direction of the delivery passage on an inner circumference surface of the delivery passage extending upward from the housing, and a pore 56 capable of passing hydrogen off gas is formed on a bottom part 52 of the liquid receiving part 50.
