<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet excellent in flatness and homogeneity and slight in the volatilization of polymer-derived decomposition products when undergoing high-temperature processing or services, to provide a metal-laminated sheet with metallic foil laminated on the above adhesive sheet, and to provide a printed wiring board obtained by circuit processing of the above metal-laminated sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet is such that at least one side of a base film is provided with a thermosetting adhesive layer, wherein the amount of decomposition products derived from the polymer is 0.01-8 ppm. The metal-laminated sheet is such that the above adhesive sheet is laminated with metallic foil.
