<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Gunn diode oscillator in which frequency fluctuation rate of oscillation frequency is small. <P>SOLUTION: Opening dimension of a waveguide joint part of a conversion part which converts a microstrip signal electrode into a WR12 waveguide line to transmit a signal is considered as prescribed size.
