PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce gate passage failure of an automatic ticket gate due to insufficient balance and facilitates confirming whether a transit fare is within the balance or not.

SOLUTION: A control section 110 of a mobile communication terminal 100 requests railroad guidance via a network by executing a program stored in a railroad guidance request section 171, and a balance insufficiency determination section 111 of the control section 110 compares a route fare received as a search result with a charge balance stored in a charge storage section 182 by executing a program stored in a railroad search result editing section 172, and the control section 110 displays the search result of the route on a display 150, and shows the same effect when the balance is not sufficient.
