PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind-power generator having a power generating device with a brake generating power stably even in case of strong wind and can be implemented with low cost. SOLUTION: A turntable 19 is provided above a supporting board 18 while being born rotatably by a bearing 17 and a thrust bearing 20, a power generating device 101 with a brake for controlling the number of revolution is coupled below the supporting board 18 through a joint 115, upper and lower spokes 22 and 23 are extended in the horizontal direction from the upper and lower ends of a revolution shaft 21, and upper and lower sub-bearings 24 and 25 are provided at the end thereof thus forming a revolution frame 26. Furthermore, two rotatable blades 28a and 28b having a rotation shaft 27 are born, respectively, by the upper and lower sub-bearings 24 and 25 of the revolution frame 26, and a pair of sliding portions 29a and 29b being coupled to the lower end of the rotation shaft 27 and regulating the rotation angle of the blades 28a and 28b by a main guide path 31 are provided to form a rotation blade body 30.
