PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when a mobile communication terminal such as a portable telephone is used internationally, a telephone call may be originated without taking into account the time in the country where a party is located, and the party may get troubled occasionally. SOLUTION: A time zone related information processing apparatus is provided which acquires presence information including information indicative of a time zone to which the mobile terminal belongs, and on the basis of the presence information, generates or the like and acquires information (called "time zone related information") including whether the time zone to which one mobile terminal belongs is identical to the time zone to which another mobile terminal belongs or not.
