PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a motion picture wherein a viewer hardly feels motion blurring and flickering when the motion picture is displayed. SOLUTION: An image data processor includes a frame image data acquiring unit and a driving image data generating unit. The frame image data acquiring unit acquires first frame image data representing a first original image and second frame image data representing a second original image to be displayed after the first original image. The driving image data generating unit generate first to fourth driving image data representing first to fourth driving images to be displayed in order on an image display device. The first and second driving image data are generated on the basis of the first frame image data. The third and fourth driving image data are generated on the basis of the second frame image data. Colors of some of pixels of the second driving image are complementary colors of colors of corresponding pixels of the first driving image.
