PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster allowing smooth start of a direction change of a hand carriage, more particularly, an operation of an inversion in a substantial 180°direction with comparatively small force. SOLUTION: In this caster, two turning shafts of a chassis side turning shaft 1 and a wheel side turning shaft 2 are provided, and wheels 3 are freely turned around the two steps of the turning shafts 1 and 2. A turning angle of the wheel side turning shaft 2 is limited to a fixed range, and turning moment is acted on the wheels 3 by reaction force for stopping the turning. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
