PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the influence of regions having at least three levels of concentration distributions to be confirmed by forming the at least three levels of the exterior of a droplet-ejecting region, the droplet-ejecting region and the intersection of the droplet-ejecting region. SOLUTION: The droplet-ejecting device 10 for ejecting the liquid containing a material acting on a sample cell toward the sample cell in a culture liquid held in a tissue 11 is constituted of an ejecting head 12 holding the liquid containing the material acting on the sample cell, and having an ejecting opening for ejecting the liquid, a piezoelectric element 34 for ejecting the liquid from the ejecting opening of the ejecting head 12 according the applied voltage, and a controlling/image-displaying PC (personal computer) 17 for allowing the ejecting regions to be set so as to have the intersection when a plurality of the ejecting regions in which the liquid ejected from the ejecting opening of the ejecting head 12 reaches the sample cell is set, positioning the ejecting head 12 based on the set result, and applying the prescribed voltage to the piezoelectric element 34.
