A processing device (D) acts in respect of at least one radio terminal (UE) capable, on the one hand, of receiving data broadcast by a radio communication network in point-to-multipoint mode on a physical broadcasting channel and according to an adaptable modulation and encoding scheme, and on the other hand, of determining measurements representative of the radio conditions prevailing in at least the cell in which it is situated. This device (D) comprises processing means (MT) responsible: i) for determining whether a measurement performed by at least one radio terminal (UE) corresponds to a state from among a set of predefined states, and ii) if so, for generating a message dedicated to the state determined and for ordering the radio terminal (UE) to transmit this state message to the radio network in a portion of the domain which is time/frequency/code reserved for it within a signalling frame, for at least the cell considered. |
