<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate completely free from the unevenness of brightness on a light outgoing surface. <P>SOLUTION: A light guide plate 10 includes a light-incoming surface 10a to which light from a light source is incident, a light-outgoing surface 10b from which the light incident to the light-incoming surface 10a is emitted, and a non-light-outgoing surface 10c facing the light-outgoing surface 10b. A plurality of light deflection portions 26 emitting the light from the light-outgoing surface 10b are formed in at least one of the light-outgoing surface 10b and the non-light-outgoing surface 10c. A plurality of stripe-like light diffusion portions 28 for diffusing the light are formed in parts except for the light deflection portions 26 in at least one of the light-outgoing surface 10b and the non-light-outgoing surface. The light diffusion portions 28 are formed into stripe projections or stripe channels extending to make an angle of not smaller than 0° and not larger than 45° to the advancing direction of the light incident to the light incoming surface 10a. Thus, the light incident to the light-incoming surface 10a is diffused in a range of not larger than 90° and not smaller than 45° to the advancing direction of the light by the light diffusion portions 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
