<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioimpedance measuring circuit formed into an integrated circuit in the bioimpedance measuring circuit for applying a current to a living body and measuring the biological impedance. <P>SOLUTION: This bioimpedance measuring circuit for applying the current to the living body and measuring the biological impedance is provided with a pseudo sine wave generation circuit 122 generating pseudo sine waves based on input square waves, a voltage/current conversion circuit 123 outputting a current corresponding to the pseudo sine waves generated in the pseudo sine wave generation circuit 122 to the living body, and a processing circuit 121 generating the square waves, supplying them to the pseudo sine wave generation circuit 122 and measuring the biological impedance based on the output voltage of the voltage/current conversion circuit 123.
