PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the inconvenience in a management apparatus for managing an electronic document with component-based disclosure control where one user can get the electronic document with only one disclosure mode.

SOLUTION: The electronic document management apparatus is provided with an electronic document storage means for storing electronic documents 78 with disclosure permission information 82 imparted to each of the components 78, 86 and 92 for determining disclosure depending on each storage box with an access right given to one user or user group; and a processing means for processing the electronic document so as not to disclose a component with nondisclosure information according to the storage box by referring to the disclosure permission information.
